epic suite experience!
grand suite plunge pool caldera view
i stayed in a grand suite with a plunge pool. the caldera view was amazing i even ordered a floating breakfast. the rooms were super clean and the staff always provided great service. eleanor helped book ammoudi fish tavern she secured us an awesome table overlooking the sunset it was very nice!
the transfers arranged by the hotel are too expensive. one time i shared my transfer and still needed to pay full price this was annoying.

this spot offers fine views and is very close to shops bars and restaurants. it is ideal for those seeking tranquility away from the crowds of fira and oia. imerovigli has many attractions available for exploration

the staff provided super friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. assistance with check-in and check-out was very accommodating i was given a very late checkout on the last day. the concierge was always available to help book reservations and answer questions

my suite included a private plunge pool with caldera views. breakfast was offered i tried the floating tray option it was so fun. a welcome drink was offered upon arrival and luggage storage was also available.

underwhelming stay, view was alright
slow breakfast understaffed staff
The plunge pool was smaller than i anticipated. the jets barely worked. I expected better for the price. also, the breakfast service was slow. i waited almost an hour one morning for a simple order. this delayed my plans for the day. the staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed, impacting the overall experience. i expected more attentiveness.
