Underwhelming stay overall. Needs some attention
room ants non-working phone
The pool area met my expectations. It was a decent spot to relax during the day.
I found ants in my room and even saw a couple of cockroaches. i asked if i could move rooms. But they said they were fully booked, and only credited me a small amount for parking. the phone in the room wasn't working either.

EXCELLENT Stay in Great Hotel!!!
large room pool view aesthetic bathroom convenient location
This hotel is 100% worth the money and experience! The rooms were quite large, perfect for a family of four. We had a great swimming pool view from the balcony. The bathroom aesthetic, with an AMAZING shower after a long day of visiting the local town, was super! It's also a short walk to the town centre.
I noticed some cracks in the rooms, and the drains had a slight smell. Our room phone didn't work .

The food was really delicious at both breakfast and dinner! There was ample choice. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit selection each morning. The service was attentive and quick.

All the staff, from the register to the cleaners, were excellent and lovely! I want to shout out Ahmed, Joao, and Mr Happy from the canteen team.

The room was spacious, clean, and well kept! The balcony offered a great view of the pool area. It was nice to relax with a coffee in the morning. The amenities were great.

beach access good breakfast daily cleaning
the location is convenient for walks to the town center and the beach. it took me about ten minutes, but hills exist. my room was cleaned daily. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options.
the phone in my room did not work . i found that a bit odd.

fresh selection generous breakfast pool towels old unit air conditioning shower head
The breakfast had a generous and fresh selection. I also liked that the hotel provided the best pool towels ever. Our room was spacious, overlooking the pool. I found it lovely.
The air conditioning units in our rooms were old. I think some of the hotel has been upgraded. Our shower head fell into the bath if you tried to reposition it. I think maintenance appears to be the main downfall of the place.
