the restaurant staff were very friendly. miguel and his team were very accommodating and always smiling. the hotel itself was very clean.. my room was fantastic. i found these aspects quite charmed.
i did notice that the hotel did not provide drinking water. there also wasn't a shop on site, inconvenient. my family had to walk 20 minutes to get water.

i stayed for several nights in the "double or twin room". the hotel was very close to the beach. the food was good and there was plenty of choice for pescatarians.
the room was very noisy as i could hear everything from the corridor. i had to pay to access the gym. the cuts of meat at the restaurant were cheap.

The food choice was excellent at breakfast and dinner. new dishes was constantly. the waiter service was very good. They guided me to my table and quickly took orders and cleared plates. the junior suite on the fifth floor was spacious. the toilet was in a separate area.

the premium triple room had two comfortable beds and a small seating area with a table. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and a separate toilet. air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a consistent temperature.

the hotel features a large outdoor pool with about fifty sun loungers. a smaller children's pool is located adjacent to the main pool. the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes plus weight machines.

the restaurant staff showed excellent customer service skills, responding patiently to requests. they also attentively listened to customer concerns and resolved issues efficiently. the bar staff were quick and efficient during busy periods.
