The staff was very helpful. They assisted me with everything i needed (always with a smile!). The facilities was modern. The cleanliness was excellent, and i noticed attention to detail in maintaining a high standard.

The room faced a pile of dirt. The view was obstructed. I did not receive prior notification about the room's situation (i was unpleasantly surprised). The surrounding area experienced a fair amount of noise.

Acceptable Stay, BUT some issues

I had issues with the many rules imposed. I could not leave my dog in the room alone, AND I couldn't take out breakfast (I'm not sure WHAT that was about). For a hotel claiming to be dog-friendly, it certainly didn't feel very cute to dogs.

I appreciated the friendly staff, from reception to the restaurant personnel. The honesty bar was a pleasant surprise. I found it well-stocked and convenient. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the evening meal options, while not extensive, were well-presented and tasty (I particularly enjoyed the local wines).

The parking area, although free, can be quite small when the hotel is busy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, with an easy walk to the town. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options.

The parking lot is quite SMALL. It was sometimes hard to find a spot. There seemed to be MANY rules posted around the hotel. I found this a bit much. THE jacuzzi cost extra. I thought it should be included.
