The location is great for the airport. The free shuttle pickup was very efficient.
The restaurant messed up our billing. A bill was added to our room, but it wasn't ours. the food in the restaurant was also mediocre at best. the staff seemed bothered by questions too.

my room on the ground floor had flies and mosquitos, not ideal. i was bitten during the night. i hope it wasn't bed bugs, that would have been worse.

The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus for me. The ride was short and very convenient. The staff provided great support during check-in. The bed in my room offered excellent comfort, and the room was clean.
I noticed a SLIGHTLY limited selection of television channels in English.

The free shuttle to the airport was helpful. The staff were pleasant and cute. I enjoyed a very good dinner at the hotel. The rooms were clean and functional.
The room was SMALL and the bathroom was small TOO. The shower had calcifications. Water reminded me of needles. THE room smelled bad.
