i had a great cocktail workshop (the disney theme was fun). the staff was helpful.
I was a bit disappointed with the rooftop pool situation. A charge of €15 per head per day seemed excessive considering one of the main pools below was too cold to enjoy. it seemed like the hotel was pushing guests to pay extra for a better experience.

The hotel has modern, clean rooms. pools and restaurants are beautiful. the cocktails tasted very good. The food did not disappoint. cleaning ladies brought us cookies to the room. That was the sweetest gesture.
One day, a towel was not replaced in the room. It took over an hour to get a replacement.

The room included a king-size bed with premium bedding. it also featured a balcony with outdoor seating. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were present in the bathroom. Super tidy.
