i liked that every room includes a hairdryer and iron. i also found tea making facilities with a fresh bottle of water provided daily. the breakfast had excellent choices.
the hotel is up a bit of a hill, which may be difficult for some.

the suite was spacious and clean it had good facilities. breakfast was plentiful and offered continental options and cooked choices. the pool and jacuzzi area were well-kept. i would book again if i return to this destination.
i noticed some minor wear on the furniture but it did not affect my stay at all

The main pool was heated making swimming enjoyable even on cooler days. There were multiple pools available catering to different preferences. The location is quiet making it relaxing.

the family suite was spacious. it included one large bed in the living room and two separate bedrooms. one bedroom had a sofa sleeper and the other featured a bunkbed. breakfast had both buffet and made-to-order options. hours were long, a definite plus.
the jacuzzi also lacked heating. i was unable to use either, disappointing. there was no relaxation around the pool.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We got a welcome drink upon arrival, that was a really nice touch! Breakfast was amazing, it was cooked to order every morning. It was one of the best breakfasts I have had in a hotel. The bedroom was spacious and super clean.
The pool and jacuzzi were not heated . This was disappointing, as I wanted to relax by the pool, but it was too cold to do so. the location is a short walk to the seafront, but it is at the top of a hill, so it might not suit everyone.

I found a few issues . the pool was not heated. This made it unusable despite the weather. i also attended the christmas gala dinner. the turkey medallions were dry and inedible, and it was generally upsetting. the manager did issue a refund to unhappy guests.
