slow elevators limited sunbeds
The location was ACCEPTABLE. It is close to the beach.
I must say, the lifts were a DEFINITE issue. Waiting for one reminded me of an eternity. They seemed slow and disorganized. There was also a lack of sunbeds around the pool. Getting one was a challenge. I think this hotel needs to address these problems.

Acceptable Stay but Some Issues
slow elevator limited space
I found the elevator system to be a problem. Waiting for a lift took an unreasonably long time (especially during peak hours). Another disappointment was the limited sunbed space around the pool.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The hotel offered a wonderful tenth-floor sea view suite! The suite was large and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet included a range of hot and cold food options. The pool bar on the second floor was spacious. It was just right for lunch!
The gym lacked maintenance. The machines looked dangerous. There was also no water or towels available at the entrance.

The cute team was very friendly. They were always on hand to help. The staff provided warm greetings and efficient service. I appreciated their attentiveness . The staff was always smiling!

The hotel has a fabulous location. It is next to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel's proximity to the city center is quite convenient. Everything I needed was easily accessible!

We also dined in the restaurant on the ground floor. It was excellent. Food, drinks, and snacks are served on the 17th floor. The view from up there is fabulous. It overlooks the city and the sea. The menu is great!

Fantastic Stay at the Landmark Hotel
helpful staff fine views convenient spa
I found the staff VERY helpful and polite . My suite on the 12th floor offered fine views of the coast and city. The room was spacious and included all expected amenities for a 5 star hotel. The indoor pool and spa were particularly convenient, especially given the weather. The sun terrace had a bar and restaurant, though more sun beds near the pool area would be AMAZING!!!
The lifts seemed poorly programmed, and I found myself waiting an inconveniently long time. Sometimes, two or three lifts would arrive simultaneously, causing further delays.

The breakfast buffet provided plentiful choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The bar on the 17th floor offered a wide range of food and drinks. Live entertainment was available on some evenings.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!
welcome drink automatic curtains friendly staff
The check-in process included a refreshing welcome drink. I was personally escorted to my room. The window curtains opened automatically to reveal very nice beach views. The staff members were all cute and friendly, eager to assist with any needs.
The bar on the 17th floor closed rather early, ending the night at 10:30 pm.

The hotel is centrally located. It sits right on the beach. The harbour is a short 5-minute walk away and offers many great dining spots, providing easy access to local attractions.

The suite offered amazing views of the coast and city. It included all expected amenities for a five-star hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great.
