a mixed bag
missing remotewater damage
I wasn't thrilled. the tv remote was missing. I'm sure it's a common issue, but still. there was also a weird water situation in the hallway. Water dripped through the ceiling, filling buckets overnight, which wasn't exactly calming. plus, someone clearly tried to hide water damage in my apartment, which did not inspire confidence. the deposit demand of €300 felt a bit much given the state of things.

The apartment had all I needed for cooking. The fridge was great for my family's needs. The place was clean and modern throughout, I liked it.
The TV signal was not great. The doorbell outside did not work. The noise isolation from the hallway and the apartment above was not good, generally.

Fantastic stay!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The extra bed added made it great, the beds were also comfortable. Showers were GREAT! Housekeeping did a good job, i appreciate that. The apartment was well stocked with essentials like tea and coffee.
I noticed the reception was always closed when we left each day. We returned after a day out and i couldn't ask anyone anything. It was a shame.
