broken lightlimescale water
i must say, the room i received was not up to par. the bedside light was not functional and remained unfixed for several days despite my repeated requests. additionally, i found a significant amount of dust on the kettle lid and limescale floating in the water within the kettle.

i find the location pretty central. the room was clean. staff provided good help . breakfast was also nice.

the breakfast room presented a good choice of quality food each morning. staff were quick. staff sorted drinks . the area around the hotel had transport links.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating to all requests. My room was amazing with one king size bed and one queen size bed. The room also included two TVs. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day even though I left at various times. I could also leave my luggage at the reception for a few hours after check out.
I could hear everything in the hallways. Even the doors opening and closing were audible.

Breakfast included new flowers on every table each day. The coffee served was delicious. The breakfast was like a morning feast with many options.

The location is excellent. It is close to supermarkets and shops. There is convenient access to public transport nearby. I felt safe in the surrounding area.

i loved the breakfast, it had a cheese selection. i appreciated the location, it was super close to all the shops. The staff were super attentive, they were helpful. i also enjoyed easy access to the street with shops located just around the corner.
my bedside light did not work, it was not sorted quickly. dust was on top of the kettle lid. limescale floated in the water in the kettle.

the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely cute, made a difference. a lady worked at breakfast in the mornings, she was warm and helpful. i really appreciate that.

the location is a huge advantage, right next to the metro. it stands on the corner of the most beautiful and lively streets. getting around was easy, thanks to such a good location.

i really appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk clerk. the building itself is a well kept altbau. i would totally stay again. it had such a cool vibe.
the cleanliness could improve, i noticed stains on the beds. there was hair in the bathroom. sometimes the rooms were not cleaned at all, it happened twice .
