the staff was friendly and helpful when assistance was required i am thankful for their positive attitudes. the room was spacious and clean i found it very comfortable. the morning breakfast buffet was amazing it offered so many options for food.
i booked a room with twin beds through a third party i did not realize this until after confirmation. i asked if the beds could be moved to make one bed but was told it was not possible.

usama and ghulam took great care of my room. their cleaning quality was professional. the breakfast buffet offered many options. i found the staff super kind and respectful, ensuring privacy. i appreciated the well-equipped bathroom, fridge, and kettle in the room.
The mini bar was not very effective. Cooling water took a long time.
