the check-in was fast i commend maria at reception for her welcome the room had a gulf view it was modern and clean the valet parking was quick the pool bar food and drinks were good

i stayed for two nights the apartment had termites i was moved to another apartment it also had ants i had to wash my clothes the management did not explain the situation or try to make the stay better

My stay had several issues. the promised sunbed at the pool was not available. It was reassigned to visitors. dealing with the reception staff was unsatisfactory, especially when addressing this concern. the staff seemed poorly trained, and their handling of guest requests was subpar? i expect better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the heated pool had distinct sections. three pools were available, one for adults only, one for adults and children, and one for toddlers.

i found i had to call several times for missing items, like a bathrobe or shower gel.

the staff displayed really good customer focus. i appreciated the spacious suite (it was such a treat!). there were three pools available, a family pool, a kids pool and an adults pool.
