the staff were friendly and tried to assist when asked.
the room i had required me to use multiple elevators and stairs, a real hassle with luggage i had a lot. the listing mentioned parking, it proved to be misleading because there is no dedicated on-site parking available, inadequate air conditioner in the room made it unpleasantly warm

Really good Stay with Lovely Views

The room had reliable Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony with a very nice view. The fridge in the room was convenient. The cleaning service came daily (which I always appreciate!). Andreas at the pool bar was great. He accommodated our daughter's vegetarian needs with a smile.
It was necessary to take three separate elevators to reach our room. This felt a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage.

The staff were cute and helpful. They always had a smile. the room was modern and very comfortable. It had all the amenities i needed. the location is a walking distance to the beach and shops. but the breakfast every morning was ideal and had a good selection
