The staff was friendly enough and tried to be helpful. The hotel's location in the old town IS convenient.
My room faced the street and it was VERY noisy at night. There were people yelling until late, and I struggled to sleep. The bathroom was not very clean. The shower leaked and the toilet didn't flush properly. I won't stay here again.

My stay had some issues i did not expect. the breakfast was pretty basic and lacked variety. The espresso machine wasn't working properly. nighttime silence was almost nonexistent due to the central location. this.

I had a great room. The Junior Suite Old Town View was well-kept. Breakfast offered sufficient choices to start the day. I found that very nice.
The office location was not very clear upon arrival, a little confusing. We had to look around for a moment.
