disappointing menu outdated decor
The food in the Bistro was supposedly a highlight, but I found it disappointing. The menu needed some imagination. Plus, the room I had was oddly placed. It seemed like it was miles away from everything. I swear I needed a map to find my way back from breakfast. This trek shouldn't be part of the experience. And the room decor? So outdated it was like stepping back into another decade.

The breakfast was really good! I enjoyed eggs cooked exactly as I requested (they were perfect!). The staff members at reception were lovely and helpful. The hotel grounds were well kept and beautiful.
The room seemed a bit noisy since it was near the service entrance and some kind of generator (I could hear some noises). The room decor looked slightly outdated. There was no mini-fridge in the room, which would have been convenient.

The hotel provided ample parking at no cost. Dinner in the bistro included an excellent steak sandwich. The next morning, unwinding in the pool was quite pleasant.

we stayed for a family trip. Our garden room had a lovely view and was clean. The staff were super friendly.
the hotel entrance needs some updates, i noticed a musty smell. The shower was small. The shower curtains in the leisure centre kept sticking to our skin while showering.

the staff were very friendly. the food was excellent. the chef cooked fish for my husband for breakfast. i found the public transport was available from a short walk outside the front entrance.
