the gym has plenty of equipment. i found the staff to be helpful there. breakfast offered a good selection. the family room was quite spacious.
parking across the road was necessary. it was raining, so i got wet with my bags. i asked for a jug of water in my room, but it never arrived. i noticed the area near the radiator was not very clean.

Really good Stay
spacious family room excellent food heated pool clean reception
The family room had plenty of space for everyone and the food tasted superb, especially the options for the kids. The heated pool provided excellent entertainment for the children. I also appreciated the spacious steam room. The reception area was very clean and tidy, and I received a warm welcome from the reception team. Breakfast and dinner service were both excellent.
The bedroom doors closing at night were noisy.

decent stay, some drawbacks
dinner menu helpful staff broken lock neglected maintenance
i was thrilled that they organized a special dinner menu for our cycling group! the super nice team when we arrived. our rooms were clean and spacious, it really had all the facilities you would expect.
the room had some issues! the toilet door lock was broken. some maintenance is clearly neglected since the changing rooms in the pool area do not lock either.

The reception staff were efficient. The tv in the room was large. A spacious patio was accessible from our room. The lobby featured a library with comfortable sofas.

a solid hotel stay
attentive staff free parking well-kept room
I found the staff very attentive. They seemed ready to assist with any requests i had. the free parking was a big plus, especially with ample space available. the room was clean and well kept. It provided a comfortable environment for the nights i stayed.
the breakfast service could use some improvement. i waited quite a while for a coffee refill one morning. it wasn't a major issue, but better attention to detail would be appreciated.
