brick wall view no taxi support

the location was pretty good. it was close to the train station.

the room supposedly had a lovely view, but mine faced a brick wall. also, trying to get a taxi was a nightmare. i tried calling for help, but nobody answered, which i found rather inconvenient

The location was great, just a short walk to the attractions. the suite was modern and a good size. check-in was easy with key pads. I found the building very quiet.

the manager communicated via text. i tried to call for help getting a taxi, but i couldn't reach him. there was no breakfast.

great location comfortable bed no breakfast unavailable staff

the location was great. everything was within walking distance. the bed and the pillows were so comfortable!!! francesco had a 'can do' attitude so i could ask him anything. i asked for an iron, and he made sure that it was there when i arrived.

it was a suite. there was nowhere to get together with others outside of my room. there was no breakfast or direct access to staff. the manager communicated via text and whatsapp, but i was unable to reach him when i tried to call for help getting a taxi.

not quite hitting the mark

broken bed frame dust bunnies

the location was decent, putting the city center within a reasonable walking distance.

the room i got wasn't quite what i expected. the bed frame was broken, made for an uncomfortable night. under the bed, it was pretty gross too, with old food and dust bunnies galore. not exactly the super clean experience i was hoping for.

the room included a large shower it also had plenty of hot water. there was no reception however francesco was available by phone.

the manager communicated via text i tried to call for a taxi but i was unable to reach him. there was no breakfast offered and no direct access to staff.
