The front desk staff were cute! they dealt with questions quickly via email and in person. the room was clean and well-lit. the double bed was huge. the cleaning staff did a great job. dining had a good selection for breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly too. the pools were lovely. the beach access provided an all-inclusive feeling.

The double room sea view was clean and spacious! the room was well kept. It had a double bed. the bathroom includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Also a mini bar is available in the room.

The location of the hotel was acceptable. It was next to the sea.
i was frustrated by several issues. the duvet was thin. the wifi was not working well inside the room (i had to go to the front of the room to get a signal). the staff did not address my concerns about the wifi.

I have stayed here several times. The hotel provides free towels for the pool and beach. Sunbeds were always available near the pool. A free courtesy room was also a very useful service.
The WiFi signal wasn't strong. It was occasionally difficult to connect from inside the room.

The hotel boasts its own private beach, so access to the sea is very easy. The location provides a short walk to the water taxi. The water taxi makes traveling to Ibiza town very convenient.

The double room featured a very large bed. There was also an extra bed. That was great for my child. The bathroom includes both a bath and a separate shower.

The staff members were generally helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection. I liked the variety of meats, cheeses, and hot cooked options. It was an excellent way to start the day.
