the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i received a bottle of cava upon arrival, a welcome gift. i also gained free access to the pacha club closing weekend, a definite perk.
The hotel provides parking. i found it inconvenient. it became quite full, requiring some waiting for a space, this delayed my plans several times

The staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. They were very helpful and friendly during each encounter. reception staff stored luggage and arranged an early check-in, i really appreciated their proactive approach.

Breakfast had a premium selection of ingredients, including eggs and even macarons. the room service was efficient. Cocktails and pizzas were great, the breakfast was varied and delicious, quiet rooms were also guaranteed.

the hotel interior had a true ibiza rustic feel and a chilled vibe. it was lovely and quiet. the complimentary pacha goodies in the room and guest list access to the club were a very nice touch. i appreciate all the staff for making our stay so nice.
i had a series of problems. there was a double commission for the dinner in my room. i also faced an accusation of stealing a bathrobe from the premises, a misunderstanding.

the location is within walking distance to talamanca beach. calma and shopping stores are also close. there is a big parking lot available to guests, very helpful.
