Acceptable Room , but Some Issues
helpful staffpoor decordifficult shower
The staff was helpful and friendly.
The decor looked tired and the furniture seemed old. I found the shower difficult to control and the toiletries were not good quality. Also , the view was not pleasant , as it overlooked the car park.

the position is good and it looked great. the entrance and downstairs seating area is nice and so popular. the staff were nice and helpful. i found receptionist advised places for visits that was unexpected.
the shower was difficult to control. it could use an upgrade.

the hotel has a hot plate available for breakfast, quite nice. there is a seating area downstairs, it was to be popular for lunch. it created a very cute atmosphere for all.

the double room has a comfortable bed and was clean. the room itself was very well laid out with enough space for luggage. there was plenty hot water for a bath.

staff working at the hotel were helpful, friendly, and pleasant. a receptionist advised great places for visits, it was great. they kept the bouquet in a cool place.

the breakfast had many options to choose from. the breakfast was typically english and well cooked, i really enjoyed it. the service in the restaurant was also good, especially the breakfast.
