The staff was really helpful and cute. Han deserves special mention. He speaks english and offers recommendations for restaurants. He even offered us a ride to another location. The hotel breakfast included turkish tea and coffee. Freshly cooked dishes included menemen and french toast. My wife loved the french toast and had a second serving.
The air conditioning unit made a slight rattling sound during the night. It wasn't enough to disrupt sleep, but noticeable.

Breakfast included a variety of turkish cheeses and olives, alongside freshly prepared menemen. Turkish coffee and tea were readily available each morning to enjoy at their leisure. The restaurant staff maintained a clean and organized space.

The terrace offered a panoramic view perfect for watching balloons. The hotel provides luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out for added convenience. A sunset viewing point is near the hotel, awesome for easy access.

i enjoyed my stay. the location was close to sunrise hill, perfect. i could watch the balloons every morning. breakfast included fresh dishes and a turkish buffet.
the wi-fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the room.

The hotel location was right below sunrise point, so it had amazing views of the valley and balloons! the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was also amazing and plentiful. i stayed in the chimney room. It was definitely a fun experience though it got a bit cold at night.
The walls in the room are stone, so touching them leaves a bit of sand. This is impossible to clean
