central location cozy room helpful staff
The hotel sits central. rooms felt cozy during my december visit. staff booked tours for me. Very helpful. mehmet made my tour special. He was funny and smart.
pillows was hard, giving me a stiff neck in every morning.

my room featured authentic cave architecture, it was cozy. stone walls are the interiors. tasteful decor enhanced the magic of the cave. the interiors had modern amenities too.

The location was great. It was in the middle of everything.
The room I stayed in need better cleaning. I saw dust, and it wasn't nice. The staff was not friendly. They don't even smile.

helpful staff central location breakfast buffet amazing view
The location is central, near restaurants and shops. It made exploring easy. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with many options, especially local foods. I found the rooftop views of the hot air balloons amazing (a perfect start to the day!).
The room's acoustics were not great. I could hear some noise from other guests.
