The location was great. It was in the middle of everything.
The room I stayed in need better cleaning. I saw dust, and it wasn't nice. The staff was not friendly. They don't even smile.

The location is central, near restaurants and shops. It made exploring easy. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with many options, especially local foods. I found the rooftop views of the hot air balloons amazing (a perfect start to the day!).
The room's acoustics were not great. I could hear some noise from other guests.
