unreliable servicepoor customer service
I found the shuttle service unreliable. The driver was significantly late. the customer service was poor and i experienced disrespectful behavior from the driver lady. this resulted in unnecessary delays and a stressful start to my travels. I would not recommend relying on this shuttle.

the location was convenient. the organization for check-in at night worked perfectly. the room was simple but spacious.
pillows were rubbish! there wasn't much space to move around for two adults and one child. i received an e-mail that the free shuttle service has terminated.

The airport shuttle runs exactly on time. I appreciate that. The room had a small kitchen. It helped with preparing meals. The room had quiet. It gave me calm.
The hallways are long and not very cozy.

the rooms are super clean and come with wifi. they have a kitchen for convenience. the room i stayed in had everything i needed and was well worth the price. the bed was soft and comfy i slept like a baby.

the hotel includes a tv, hob, and microwave. the underground garage was great for thawing out our car. a petrol station sits on the complex side. i was able to quickly warm up my food using the microwave which was useful.

there are no shops or eateries at all within walking distance. the nearest shops include clothing and supermarket shops in märsta. it's a 15 minute bus journey to märsta with rail links to stockholm. i found a petrol station near the complex also.
