attentive service helpful manager spanish option ignored reception broken shower staff ignorance
i appreciated the great service i received. the restaurant manager was helpful. the food was amazing!!! i enjoyed the breakfast with a spanish-inspired option.
two staff members at reception seemed to ignore me. i was there at 2:00 pm on saturday. it took the shine off my stay. the shower in my room did not work for the entire time i was there.

lovely getaway
aromatherapy scent pretty view
the aromatherapy scent in the foyer was divine it made a great first impression. i adored the aromatherapy toiletries in the room they added a touch of luxury. the view into the front garden was so peaceful and pretty i could sit and look at it all day
i really wanted to sleep in but the cleaning staff started shouting to each other at 9am they were also using a loud walkie talkie to communicate it was not relaxing at all

the room included a coffee maker and bottled water, it was thoughtful. dressing gowns and fantastic toiletries were also provided in the upgraded garden room, it was a beautiful extra.
the old rotating dial phone in the room was broken, so i could not use it to order room service. that was very annoying

free parking lovely grounds constant noise noisy cleaners
the grounds felt so tranquil i loved walking through the gardens i booked a cosy double room the rate seemed fair i also appreciated ample free parking
i stayed in a room and there was constant noise all night it came from the pub the cleaners were noisy outside the room in the morning so it wasn't relaxing at all

great room size own front door faulty tap unbearable heat
the room SIZE was great and having one of the cottages outside with its own front door was handy.
Room 7 had an issue. The bathroom hot tap didnt work at ALL. the room was very noisy because of the bar across the road. i had to keep windows closed as it was loud, but then the room was unbearably hot even with the provided fan.

i found the staff cute, and the food was amazing. it was faultless! i found that the rooms were immaculately decorated.
the wifi was very poor . i stayed in a room, and the signal was so weak, that i could not connect and work there.
