the family room was spacious with two double beds.. it provided ample space for my needs. breakfast offered tasty food and had a super range of options. the spa area was relaxing and clean.

My room featured a well-stocked refreshment tray and it was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and super clean. All staff members were very cute and helpful, especially considering multiple events occurred during the weekend.
My room had a slight issue with the window latch. this was resolved quickly by the maintenance team.

The breakfast was cooked to order and served by very friendly and helpful staff. The evening meals were tasty and of a high standard. There was also a nice selection of food with plenty of choice.

Plenty of parking was available at any time, the hotel has new carpets in many places and is kept clean. The hotel offered several areas to gather, complete with a real fire and seating. This was very cute.

i got a huge double suite inside the hotel. it was spotlessly clean and a real treat. staff were excellent, 5 stars!
The ladies toilets i used really needed some toilet roll holders. The rolls were just on the floor (a little detail, i know!).

the staff was very friendly. they even added birthday sprinkles to my husband's dinner table, a nice touch. the breakfast was good (i especially enjoyed the variety of choices!).
i was surprised bathrobes were not provided at the pool to take back to the room (it felt a little less like a spa). i noticed advertisements and posters everywhere throughout the hotel for upcoming events.

The room itself was fine. It had all the promised amenities.
I was really frustrated that the reception staff seemed unavailable. I tried calling multiple times one evening and nobody answered at all. It made dealing with a noise issue difficult!

my room included two chairs and a small table. i had a large double bed and slept well. the spa area had a sauna and a jacuzzi. i liked the availability of several loungers around the pool area.
i found that the breakfast buffet lacked variety. the hot food selection did not include many options. this was a little disappointing compared to other features.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, a definite plus.
I was disappointed with the state of the spa. I saw mold on the shower head in the pool shower, made me concerned about the cleanliness.
