excellent amenities!
spacious roomscomfortable bedheated poolssun lounger
i enjoyed the spacious rooms with a walk-in shower. the bed was really comfortable and large. the two heated pools were also a plus. i found it generally easy to find a sun lounger near the pool. the reception staff was very helpful.
i noticed some waiters quickly cleaned tables in the restaurant. they sometimes swiped around the table without lifting the mats. this.

the reception staff was always ready to assist and address my queries quickly. they gave thorough directions and information whenever i asked! i appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude.

breakfast offered a diverse selection that catered to various tastes. the outdoor omelet station provided a customized breakfast experience. the restaurant staff was generally attentive, though some table cleaning practices seemed rushed.

i must say, the lack of a proper bar was a letdown. the pool bar shuts early, leaving no place for evening drinks or socializing, quite the oversight for a supposed 4-star hotel. also, the repetitive and uninspired dinner options were a culinary disappointment.

the hotel was very clean with daily cleaning service. the location was good, close to shops and restaurants. i especially enjoyed the breakfast with great variety.
there was building work close to the balcony. the balcony was not usable and we had to keep curtains closed. the pools lacked atmosphere and music.
