poor soundproofinglimited storage

I found a couple of aspects disappointing. The soundproofing could be improved. I was disturbed by hallway noise, even though I was on a higher floor (I had requested that specifically). the lack of readily available storage in the room was noticeable. There was limited space for luggage and personal items. This impacted the overall organization and convenience, especially during my longer stay.

i found the staff very helpful and attentive. fulton street subway station is very close, a two-minute walk. the hide bar on the top floor is AMAZING.

The doors, slam loudly. This was pretty disturbing.

Really good Stay in the Financial District

I found the proximity to the subway station convenient. The complimentary water restocked each day was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the small amenities such as a makeup towel (a nice thought) and mouthwash. The room also had a steamer and hairdryer.

The detergent scent in the sheets was quite strong. I was glad the sheets were clean, but the intensity of the smell was a bit overpowering.

The staff members were friendly and cute, greeting me each time I entered the lobby. They provided helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. I felt genuinely cared for (like a VIP!).
