i loved how close it was to soho. i could easily walk there. the staff was so friendly and always had great tips for exploring the city. it was amazing!
the room size was a real letdown. with two suitcases, it felt impossible to move around. the price felt high for the quality, to be honest

buzzy vibefriendly staff
The location was wonderful (i could easily walk to many spots). The room was perfectly compact and had a buzzy vibe. The staff were friendly and always accommodating to my needs.

i thought the hotel was in a great location, it was super convenient! the coffee shop was definitely a plus, i liked it a lot. i gotta say, the staff were very attentive and kind, they did a great job.
the room, specifically room 703, had some issues, i didn't liked it. the platform for the bed had scratches and knicks, that's not cool. there was even a burn hole, possibly from a cigarette, on the platform's lining, it was concerning.

i thought the bed was very comfortable. i got a robe with slippers and a safe also. the bathroom seemed modern with a great shower.
the room seemed super small. the cleaning werent great. i found weeks of old dust on the floor.
