spacious interiors rooftop pool fresh buffet
the beautiful room i got had really spacious interiors. the rooftop pool gave excellent views. the breakfast buffet i had was fresh and varied, and was a fantastic way to begin the day!
the elevator was unusually slow and i did find myself waiting a bit longer than i would like.

spacious bathroom huge bed cozy sitting area dirty carpet unpleasant smell dated decor
i thought the room accommodations were great. the bathroom was spacious the bed was huge and the sitting area was cozy. i also liked the hotel decor. the restaurant had a nice vibe
the hotel is not well maintained i noticed some parts do not look fresh. the carpets looked quite dirty. there is a lingering unpleasant smell in the corridors. it was also present when you walk into the room

the staff was highly supportive . they were always available to provide assistance when needed. the hotel services match a five-star rating. the food buffet provided diverse options.
i found the gym to be quite small. it lacked mats and towels. this made it difficult to complete a full workout. it would be beneficial to improve this.

the staff was attentive . i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. the concierge was available 24/7 to assist with any inquiries guests had during the duration of their stay.

the hotel provides complimentary shuttle services to nearby shopping centers. the hotel is located near the airport. it made transportation easy and convenient for me. it enhanced the overall convenience for my visit.

the room had two separate sinks. it also had a rainfall shower. bathrobes and slippers were provided in the closet. i appreciated these additions to the room amenities.
