i found the location perfect, right by the bus station. a shopping mall with various brands and a supermarket is only a minute away. the hotel was impeccably clean! the room was very good and all the staff were nice and helpful. i appreciated the complimentary water and chocolate in my room.

I found the staff super friendly. Getting a taxi at the lobby desk was amazingly easy. I got one within minutes! the breakfast was really good too. Juice, coffee, bread, cheese, meat, and lots of sweets were available! the room had great space, a comfortable bed, and the bathroom size worked really well.
When a full busload arrived all at once, it got a bit chaotic. I'm not sure that they had planned for that level of incoming guests

The reception staff was very helpful. They quickly arranged taxis! the staff responded promptly to requests, and they were always smiling and attentive. this high level of responsiveness greatly enhanced my visit.

The hotel is near a bus stop. This makes access to the city center convenient. i liked the location since there's a big shopping mall nearby. Plenty of restaurants were available as well. The airport wasn't too far either.

i noticed the pool was very clean and had a bar beside it! there was a bus station in front of the hotel and a big shopping center nearby, i couldn't be happier. a big free parking lot made it easy for car rentals!
