underwhelming stay
mouldy shower head odd switches
The gym was available for use. I did appreciate that.
i was quite disappointed by the condition of the room. the top shower head was mouldy, and some of the bathroom tiles felt loose. the light switches were not intuitive at all.

moldy shower broken door
the staff stored my luggage for two weeks between bookings. this met my expectations.
The top shower was moldy. loose bathroom tiles were also present, and i found the light switches confusing. the bathroom sliding door was broken and could not be closed. I found this unacceptable.

The room was spacious and clean! I appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. It got very hot quickly. The bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly. The staff was friendly during check-in, too.
The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim.

The staff assisted with directions and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. I found this very useful. They allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. This made my last day much easier. The staff was helpful and polite!

The location is near two metro stations. This made getting around very easy. A bakery is located nearby. It offers delicious treats! Several bus stations are very close to the location.

The room size was generous, giving ample space. Beds provided AMAZING comfort! The location worked well with proximity to an MRT station. I also appreciated the availability of a good food center nearby. I found the staff consistently helpful and friendly.

the location was convenient as i had meetings nearby (the main reason i booked).
i was pretty annoyed that the bathroom light switch was only accessible from the bedside table. this was a bad design choice. it made navigating at night very difficult.
