The room was spacious and clean! I appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. It got very hot quickly. The bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly. The staff was friendly during check-in, too.
The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim.

The staff assisted with directions and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. I found this very useful. They allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. This made my last day much easier. The staff was helpful and polite!

The room size was generous, giving ample space. Beds provided AMAZING comfort! The location worked well with proximity to an MRT station. I also appreciated the availability of a good food center nearby. I found the staff consistently helpful and friendly.

convenient locationbad design choice
the location was convenient as i had meetings nearby (the main reason i booked).
i was pretty annoyed that the bathroom light switch was only accessible from the bedside table. this was a bad design choice. it made navigating at night very difficult.
