the room was lovely and very clean. the staff and new owner were excellent. they went out of their way to help. breakfast was great. the location is close to an amazing beach. you shouldn't miss it. i will definitely return.
the radiator wouldn't turn off in my room. the room was also too warm. this made sleeping difficult. the service seemed a bit slow since they were short staffed

my daughter lives close by, super handy, just across the railway bridge! i only ate breakfast one morning, a really great breakfast it was. i hope to stay again soon. i did notice the new owners upgrade the place generally, especially the outside. the staff seems happier than my last visits.
the tv was a bit small and i learned the restaurant isnt open every night. the nearby pub was busy, but good.

I enjoyed the newly refurbished room. The decor was beautiful and modern. The bathroom featured a light, spacious design with a great rainforest shower. I found the extra seating outside added to the appeal.
I found the breakfast service disappointing. Others seated after me received their drinks first. The waitress stated one drink would be removed from the bill, but the service affected the start of the day.

the breakfast was great. i managed to get into my room early, it was great considering the welsh weather. the staff were cute.
i visited the hotel for a meal. the meal arrived very disappointing with few chips on the plate. the chips looked like leftovers with black marks on them.
