the room was clean. (i mean, it should be, right?).
the towels had stains. i don't know what kind of stains, and frankly, i didn't want to find out, but they were there. it gave me the ick.

The reception process was really smooth. The staff was attentive. I greatly appreciated the cleanliness. Every area sparkled. I.
The room I had did not include a mini fridge. This limited my ability to store drinks and snacks, requiring me to go out for refreshments more often.

The room included two separate sinks, VERY useful. A rainfall shower was also installed. There was an astronaut-themed decoration in the room, I must confess I enjoyed this creative touch, really original.

The indoor swimming pool features warm water, great for swimming! The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I also spotted a lego table and some board games, great for entertainment. I was really impressed.

The hotel is near mini markets, SO practical. Taxis are readily available outside the hotel. The hotel provides easy access to shops and eateries, quite an advantage .

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I found it very satisfying. The room was spacious. Sarinah Mall was about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
The area around the hotel was VERY busy though still manageable.
