excellent stay!

i found the pub to be so lovely, really warm and cute with beautiful decor. the staff was great, polite, and attentive. the location was very picturesque and easy to find, especially for stratford. the price was reasonable, as i was only there for one night after a family party.
i noticed the room was very small! the shower leaked a lot wetting the bathroom floor, it smelled a bit damp so maybe this had been ongoing and caused the smell

The location is very pleasant, with a bus stop conveniently located outside the building. This provides easy access to stratford and surrounding areas allowing for simple transportation. there is also onsite parking available!

The hotel includes a restaurant onsite. I could book a meal in advance of my visit! this. the restaurant and bar areas are well-decorated and inviting.

The rooms were clean and well kept! the shower had good water pressure making for a nice experience. i found a good selection of toiletries and pillows. This added a touch of luxury to the overall stay.

the staff were all excellent! they were polite and helpful throughout my stay! the waitress service was particularly excellent, and the team fully considered food allergies or other dietary needs. i appreciated this extra care.
