The room was clean. It was a studio suite. The toilet was also very clean. The location allowed me quick access to nearby restaurants.
I found some aspects less than ideal. The hotel had a nightclub. Loud music played until 4 am. Customer service did not meet my expectations.

the room had a safe, hairdryer, iron board and mini fridge. a smart tv was also available. breakfast included many choices and good quality. staff were excellent. i used the pool and there was an attendant present.
i noticed a slight noise from the nearby area, though it didn't greatly affect my rest.

The grand gourmet restaurant on the mezzanine floor really impressed me. the food was AMAZING!!! the selection of international cuisine was vast. joey, bikki, lalit, pratik, and kishen provided topnotch service. I was charmed by their attentiveness. the room was clean. it was also a beautiful, quiet space. i even got a free upgrade to an executive room, fabulous!!!
the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, so check-in took longer than expected.

Mohamed Ibrahim in the Grand Gourmet restaurant provided very attentive service. The room was very clean. I found the bed very comfortable for sleeping. I appreciated using both the bathtub and shower .
I noticed some noise from the street outside my window. It was a little bothersome.
