fantastic stay!
valet parking good location clean hotel
i had free valet parking available. the hotel location is good, a short taxi ride from the mall. the hotel is very clean. it is well maintained and has great staff.
i booked a superior room that was supposed to have a bathtub. i paid extra for this. the reception said there was no such thing in those rooms.

Satisfactory stay overall
attentive staff responsive service clean room clogged drain shower design slow maintenance
i found the staff very attentive and responsive to my needs. aqeel and mohamad were particularly pleasant. the rooms were clean and quiet, nice for a good night's sleep. the pool was also quite lovely.
The shower was built inside the room, and the drain seemed to clog easily. water seeped onto the room floor sometimes. I worried about damaging my shopping bags. maintenance didn't resolve the issue .

clogged drainage hot water issue
The hot water issue was annoying. Only scalding water came out of the tap. A technician repaired it. I expected better from a hotel like this. The sink was also clogged. Water leaked after a shower.
