The reception staff offered great assistance. They were helpful providing local information. The room had air conditioning which was much appreciated during the warm weather. Fresh towels arrived each day after the beds were made.
The building lost some charm. Laminate flooring replaced what I imagine was carpet. Milk was not provided for tea or coffee, I found this insufficient.

The staff were helpful, ensuring i had everything i needed. my room was super clean, thanks to the very thorough cleaning staff. the hotel's proximity to public transport made getting around very easy and convenient. I could quickly reach main attractions.
The selection of fresh fruit at breakfast was a little limited . A wider variety would have been appreciated.

The room featured new furniture and was soundproof. it was very clean. it included restocked tea and coffee and fresh towels were provided every day. Everything felt well-kept. the bed was very comfortable, a great addition to the room.

the hotel is situated in a quieter area, yet it's still close to many stores and restaurants. public transport stations are within easy reach. a mini-market is also conveniently located just two minutes away, very handy.

The staff were friendly and readily available to answer questions making you feel welcome. the breakfast service was excellent with good food quality. The variety ensured something for everyone. the team was really helpful. I found their assistance to be invaluable.

the staff at reception was helpful. they provided extra pillows when i asked. the air conditioning worked well (it was very warm outside).
the breakfast selection was limited. i expected more variety for a hotel of this level. also, the city tax was an additional cost i wasn't aware of.

faulty air conditioningnoisy street
The air conditioning barely worked. It was frustrating. the room faced the sun on a very hot day, and it became uncomfortably warm. opening the window didn't help much because of the noisy street below. the smell of sauteed onions from the kitchen ventilation filled the room early in the morning. It was unpleasant.
