loud karaokebasic menu
I wasn't thrilled with the food options. The one restaurant open for dinner played really loud karaoke. the buffet felt expensive, and the à la carte menu was boring. we ended up going outside the resort to eat, a 15 minute walk along an unlit road. also, the electricity turns off when you remove your key card, so you cant charge devices when you are out. how inconvenient.

The staff were very cute from airport pickup to check-in. I enjoyed the dinner buffet with great food options. The fire dancing and cultural performances were also a treat. I participated in the tinikling dance and had fun. Kuya Michael Alaska and Russell provided excellent service during dinner. The team provided friendly, nice, and polite service.
The lounge chair towels were too small and sometimes stained.

The staff members were kind and respectful, providing very accommodating service, and the buffet featured fresh selections. The Alcove Housekeeping team ensured that the room remained clean. They replenished towels and toiletries daily, and the room consistently smelled pleasant.

i adore the staff, they were so thoughtful and warm. harold, james, crystal, flor, russel, lester, mark, remy, and winston made everything special. every request we made was met with a smile and kindness. the hotel made my son's birthday magical with surprises.
i found the single restaurant menu lacked variety, with few international options. the orange juice at breakfast reminded me of a fast-food chain version.

the hotel has a nice waterpark, a good place for families. complimentary bicycles are available, allow you to explore the grounds. pools are open early at 6 am until late at 10 pm.
