i loved how clean my room was! the sampan bar was amazing with great food and drinks. the team was wonderful and professional! i was grateful for the comfortable beds and pillows.

Angel and Ruby handled pre-arrival and check-in with professionalism. The reservations staff were accommodating. They also granted a late check-out. Chef Agnes and her team prepared a delicious breakfast. The food quality, variety, and taste were excellent each morning. Thank you for a nice stay.

slow drink serviceunclean public toilets
I wasnt happy with a few things. the service felt slow sometimes, especially when i ordered drinks by the pool. it often took over 20 minutes for drinks to arrive and they sometimes forgot part of the order. plus, i seemed like the public restrooms needed more attention. A number of stalls ran out of toilet paper and the sanitary bins were overflowing, it was a big issue for me, i would liked more frequent cleaning.
