unclean room breakfast delay
i found a serious issue with the room i booked. i reserved a garden wing beautiful double room sea view, however it was clearly not cleaned thoroughly. there were hairs in the bathroom, and dust was visible on the furniture. this lack of attention to cleanliness is really unacceptable for a hotel charging high prices, i encountered very long waits at breakfast. several mornings, i stood in line for nearly 30 minutes just to get a table. the staff seemed overwhelmed, and clearing tables took far too long.

uneven experience at premium price
poor service limited options
the food situation was disorganized. several restaurants closed early leaving few options. meals took a very long time and often arrived cold. also, staff didn't always remember requests. drinks were underwhelming and happy hour featured carlsberg from a can, which isnt what i expect.

clean room great food professional team comfortable bed
i loved how clean my room was! the sampan bar was amazing with great food and drinks. the team was wonderful and professional! i was grateful for the comfortable beds and pillows.
the elevators in the ocean wing experienced occasional malfunctions.

the staff provided tons of activities for both kids and adults. they readily helped with sports and games! a dedicated kids area had warm caretakers. my kids just loved it.

late check-out food quality delicious breakfast
Angel and Ruby handled pre-arrival and check-in with professionalism. The reservations staff were accommodating. They also granted a late check-out. Chef Agnes and her team prepared a delicious breakfast. The food quality, variety, and taste were excellent each morning. Thank you for a nice stay.

slow drink service unclean public toilets
I wasnt happy with a few things. the service felt slow sometimes, especially when i ordered drinks by the pool. it often took over 20 minutes for drinks to arrive and they sometimes forgot part of the order. plus, i reminded me of the public restrooms needed more attention. A number of stalls ran out of toilet paper and the sanitary bins were overflowing, it was a big issue for me, i would liked more frequent cleaning.
