i found the location convenient near sacre coeur. the staff offered genuinely kind service . the rooms was recently renovated with clean comfort. there was an amazing array of cafes and bistros nearby.
it required navigating some stairs to fully access it.

A kettle in the room allowed me to make tea easily. cookies were also available along with tea options. water was provided on my first night. This was a really thoughtful touch.

the reception operates 24 hours daily. everyone was kind. i especially appreciated the woman working evenings. the staff always worked hard to ensure i was having a good time.

I received balloons and chocolate for my birthday. They surprised me. i loved this. the location sits between gare du nord station and the sacre coeur. my modest room sat at the top. it offered a view of the church and felt clean.
I did not think the area around the building seemed particularly safe or appealing. it takes about 30 minutes to reach other parts of the city. from there. the safe in my room was locked when i arrived. The receptionist was not very helpful with this issue.

there is no fridge available in the rooms. breakfast includes fresh croissants, chocolate pastries, and various cheeses and cold cuts. It all tasted amazing.

The staff proved helpful and friendly , always ready to assist. reception has limited hours. The team speaks excellent english, a plus. daily room service is available. It keeps everything tidy and comfortable.

The hotel enjoys a great location. It is near a train station and a short walk to Sacre Coeur. The staff was helpful. The rooms are clean.
The rooms are small. The shower room was also too small. Cleaners forgot to replace the towels. I had to ask for them.
