faulty air conditioningmissing slippers
i must say, the room wasn't exactly what i expected. the air conditioning barely worked, so i was pretty warm at night. also, the promised slippers never was, annoying. it's the little things, you know?

The room was quite spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. i liked that the location allowed easy access to metro stations. the staff was helpful with my luggage on arrival and departure. That was a plus.
The room felt a bit small for the price. That's my only slight comment.

This hotel is near main streets, restaurants and the metro. It was a short walk. The staff displayed lovely, kind, and helpful attitudes. I felt welcome and valued. I express sincere thanks to the team. The hotel was looked super fresh. I deeply appreciated the location of the hotel. It made getting around easy.
I noticed there were no wine glasses available in my room. I was hoping to enjoy a glass of wine, and their absence was a minor inconvenience.

There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The selection is plentiful. Breakfast at the hotel looked a bit simple, so I chose to explore options in town. It was a great decision to venture out for local cuisine!!!
