The staff was friendly and helpful! the location is also great. It is near the seine. the bed was comfortable. i appreciate the staff going out of their way to help and.
The cleaning standards were quite low. i found limescale in the restroom. That was disappointing. the wooden floor was not properly mopped and hoovered. the communal areas were very dirty especially the carpets.

I wanted a room with separate beds and this hotel accommodated that easily. The room was spacious enough for both of us and our things. The manager even found us a wonderful restaurant nearby. The croissants down the street were AMAZING!!!
The room cleaning was a bit superficial.

the location was superb, near many restaurants. i found the hotel very clean with a friendly staff. the complimentary afternoon snacks with coffee were a good treat.
i noticed some street noise at times, though the windows did a decent job of minimizing it.

The hotel location allowed easy walks around the area. I was super close to various spots. Good coffee, bakeries and food were available on the street. The metro station was also a short walk away at two minutes.
The room was slightly small. There was minimal closet space.
