I had a room with a nice view of the ocean. The staff were pleasant and helpful, offering assistance whenever needed. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh choices. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed, a service I appreciated
The elevators are a bit quirky. They are not linked, so I needed to press all the buttons to call one quickly.

The facilities provided plenty of options for daytime activities. The pool area was well-kept, and there were enough loungers for everyone. I enjoyed the well-kept grounds and all the photo opportunities they provide.

My room included a balcony. I had a free safe for valuables and a fridge to keep drinks cold. I found the beds comfortable and the shower to be excellent after a long day.

The room I got was not excellent. It felt dated. The air conditioning barely worked, I found it hard to sleep comfortably. The paid parking was also a disappointment. The daily fee felt excessive.

Amazing Amenities and Activities!

I found the staff friendly. They were helpful throughout my stay. I had a spacious, clean room! The pools provided plenty of sunbeds and shade. It was relaxing. I enjoyed the variety of activities that were offered. Staff always kept me informed.
The parking charged me for an extra day. The reception tried to resolve it with the rude parking manager. He wasn't helpful at all.

The hotel provides two pools! There is a well-equipped gym, table tennis, tennis and paddle, basketball, football, volleyball, and a sports field, so active guests always have something to do for recreation and exercise.

The reception staff was very cute, and the deputy manager was helpful. I appreciated Javi, the deputy manager, and Isabel, the guest experience manager. Both were really helpful and ensured all guests were being taken care of.
