charming stay near the coast

I was really surprised by the room size. I had a beautiful double or twin room terrace. the terrace was larger than i expected, offering ample space. the breakfast buffet provided great variety, including fresh pastries and hot dishes (especially the churros!).
i found the gym equipment to be somewhat dated. a couple of treadmills were out of service, a bit disappointing.

The room size was spacious, which I found adequate for my needs.
The hot water ran with black bits for an unacceptable amount of time. The general manager was rude and dismissive, seeming not to care about this serious hygiene problem. I also heard him speaking disrespectfully to my husband, then he left without resolving the issue.

The breakfast was generally fine. There was a decent selection.
I encountered several issues. the room felt dated and wasn't as clean as i expected. also, the location wasn't ideal. The beach nearby was mostly stones, not sand.

I liked how clean the rooms and pool area were. the staff are super nice from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was helpful. i enjoyed the breakfast choices. It was the best i had in any hotel.
sometimes service felt slow, and i had to wait a little bit for requests.
