The reception was quite slow and did not seem particularly attentive. It reminded me of getting assistance took longer than it should have. I found hidden extra charges surprising (especially for a kettle at 15 euros). The room cleaning was inconsistent (I found that the bathroom bin was not emptied).

a very clean and modern hotel!
good showervaried foodprofessional staff
the room was a good size, i liked the shower, it was powerful. the all-inclusive package included varied and plentiful food. the drinks were great and also plentiful. staff were all well turned out and professional, i found.
getting a sun bed round the pools was a problem because people put towels on them early. the pools were supposed to open at 10am, but by 9:15 all sun beds had towels.

The pools and facilities are shared with neighboring hotels so there is a lot of choice. i saw loads of activities by the pool during the day. there are no shortages of sunbeds or umbrellas. It is a big plus.

The hotel location is excellent. It is literally a minute's walk to the beach (perfect for beach lovers). The hotel has a good structure because you can use the pools of two other associated hotels. This means the number of pools is adequate.
The reception service was slow. I did not find great customer service, particularly when compared to the service provided to Spanish guests (this was noticeable). The hotel levies hidden extra charges. They charge 15 euros for a kettle, and it only includes paper cups, tea (no coffee), wooden spoons, and some tiny biscuits.

i shared pools and facilities between three hotels so i had lots of options. the day and night time entertainment was good. food presentation was nice and i saw options for children. i noticed no overcrowding in the restaurants. or by the pools.
the staff did not seem cute upon check in. the room needed refurbishing, especially the balcony doors. i noticed the table in the room had surface damage and was noticeably fixed, not replaced. i also saw some stains on the sheets.
