the room was clean. it had a great balcony. the reception staff was cute and also fantastic at check out.
the pool was too small for many guests. there was no information on the use of other hotel pools. it was difficult to communicate in the restaurant because no one spoke english well.

the staff were great (i especially loved how friendly they were!). i also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. the room was an apartment style suite and it had all the facilities i required for a short stay. the resort is also a great place for a family holiday.
the all-inclusive package had hidden charges. decent coffee and popcorns were extra, which i didn't expect. the air conditioning didn't work properly. also, the beds were super uncomfortable, hard to sleep well.

I stayed for 6 nights in a junior suite! The room was spacious and clean. The entertainment for both adults and children was really good. It kept everyone busy. The pool area was fantastic with hot food, snacks and drinks available all day.
The balcony furniture was flimsy plastic, and there was plenty of room for a sun lounger. I thought this would have been a nice touch!

cute staffgorgeous viewfriendly stafflittle trouble
the reception staff were very cute upon arrival. they even provided a drink (very kind!) and offered some food. our room included a gorgeous sea view. the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
the safe in the room flashed low battery and needed maintenance.
