the hotel is in a convenient location, providing easy access to shops and the lumphini station. the room had ample space and came equipped with all necessary furniture to meet my needs. i appreciated the daily room cleaning service. the staff were consistently helpful and friendly.

I found that the breakfast options were somewhat limited. There wasn't a great variety of choices available each day.

my room had a large layout with adequate space for luggage and movement. the inclusion of a kitchenette proved beneficial allowing for basic meal preparation. the air conditioning system worked efficiently maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

The security guard SHOUTED at me, and the receptionist laughed when there was a payment issue. The receptionist provided no help, and I felt ganged up on. IT was an unpleasant experience.

I liked the free laundry. I found having access to laundry facilities very convenient. The mini kitchen was a highlight for me. It had a larger fridge and a stovetop.

I found trash under the bed. Noticeable layers of dust were also in the room. The lights in the pool area turned off suddenly. I was still swimming when that happened without warning.
