The staff were attentive and always greeted me with genuine smiles. My room was immaculate and beautifully designed. It. The complimentary minibar was a lovely touch. It added to the feeling of luxury. The hotel is near the BTS station, easily accessible and very convenient.
I noticed the street-facing rooms picked up a bit of traffic noise, though it was minor.
