My experience was wonderful! The breakfast included a variety of high-quality dishes, such as fresh pastries and local cheeses. Omelets were made to order, and bread pudding was available! The staff helped with everything, including tours and restaurant bookings.

The breakfast had great variety. I enjoyed the honeycomb. the cream cheeses were excellent. I appreciated they put water in the room every day. The design of the lobby is also lovely.
The reception desk felt very unprofessional. Radu was quite rude at the desk, though the air conditioner was broken. I also had issues with the service and won't return. I would not recommend this hotel.

cold food high minibar prices
The room service disappointed me. my order arrived late, and the food was cold. it wasn't the standard i expect from this hotel. i ordered a club sandwich that tasted bland. i also noticed that the minibar prices were quite high. A small bottle of water cost almost as much as a soft drink downtown.
