perfect location, some noise
great location big suite friendly staff
the location is amazing , just two minutes from the entrance of the acropolis and the museum. suites are big and well appointed. the balcony is a great size with a view of the acropolis. the staff were friendly and helpful.

i really enjoyed the super convenient location. It provided very quick access to major attractions. The breakfast was excellent, AND the staff was attentive. I definitely appreciated the thoughtful service , WOW. The rooms were always clean!
the elevator seemed a little slow at times. i was occasionally waiting a bit longer than expected.

the breakfast service includes an a la carte menu, giving many options. I saw many guests enjoying the Acropolis view from the sixth-floor restaurant while eating. It was a marvelous scene to experience during the first meal.

the hotel provides complimentary high-speed wifi throughout the hotel. Rooms contain spacious showers. I noticed that it provides easy access to nearby public transportation options, a HUGE plus for exploring the area.

amazing views good variety
the rooftop restaurant offered amazing views of the city. breakfast had a good variety of options that met every taste.

great location breakfast quality friendly staff slow check-in slow elevator bad shower
This location is killer , close to the Acropolis. The breakfast is top notch quality and well prepared. I thought the staff were nice and friendly ,always ready to help.
The experience was terrible , I spent over half an hour at check-in. I noticed the elevator took ages to arrive. The shower in the bathroom did not drain water well , the bathroom was soaked.

The front desk team was very patient with my requests. Margarita greeted us with a warm smile and showed me the map of locations. Anna at breakfast greeted me with a beaming smile each morning..
The gym is quite small. It is closer in size to a storage closet.

musty smell old carpet
The room i got was disappointing. the air conditioning had a musty smell and the carpet felt old and not very clean. it really took away from feeling like i was in a top-tier hotel. It was a real let down for the price i paid, and it made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.
